Michelle and what she does accesses your inner dialogue and helps you to think and feel a different way…which is the key to all change right? Fear of flying has been a real fear of mine for about eight years now, to the point where I started thinking that I would just drive around NZ instead of flying and see if I could catch cruises to my overseas destinations. I had been trying to lose weight for a couple of years and found I was just yo-yo-ing with various diets. It started to feel like my weight and size was consuming my mind and I wanted to change that but wasn't sure how.
