ABOUT ME

The most important words in your life are the words you say to yourself, so remember to be kind and constructive.

A BIT ABOUT MIND YOUR MIND. . .

Hi! I’m Michelle, RTT Practitioner and Owner of Mind Your Mind.

I always knew I wanted to have a career that could help people think more positively, feel better about themselves and make a true difference to their lives by unlocking the restrictions set in place by their own minds.

I was studying Psychology and came across Marissa Peer, the founder of RTT. I looked into her courses and watched her talks regarding Rapid Transformational Therapy and actually did a therapy session myself. I couldn’t believe how fast my progress was and how straightforward the work was to achieve those results in such a short number of sessions, hence the name “Rapid Transformational Therapy.” I was hooked, I decided then and there to take the course and become a RTT Practitioner.

Since completing my training in RTT, I have helped numerous clients overcome irrational fear, lose weight, manage stress, rid their minds of anxiety and so much more. What I love about Rapid Transformational Therapy is that it builds you up, it helps you step into yourself and rid the mind of all negative self-talk, limiting beliefs and traumas which are subconsciously holding you back. Without these restrictions you can begin to flourish, take back control and live the life you’ve always wanted.

My Values

BE HEARD

Being heard means that what we say is not only acknowledged but is seen as worthwhile to others in a more deep and profound way. In our sessions, you will feel heard and you will feel like you have a voice. Together, we'll aim to strengthen that voice and validate your feelings.

FEEL COMFORTABLE

I get it, Therapy can be seen as a little scary or for some, too touchy-feely. In our initial session, you can set the parameters so you feel comfortable and at ease during our sessions. If it isn't a good fit, that's okay!

FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF

The main aim of RTT is to break down the barriers and restrictions our brain sets up for itself. As a result, you'll feel at peace, positive, and in control, ready to seize opportunities instead of shying away from them.
