How Rapid Transformational Therapy Can Help You Lose Weight:

RTT is a powerful tool that can help you change your mindset and behaviours related to food and exercise. It works by tapping into your subconscious mind, where habits and beliefs are formed. Using tried and tested techniques, I will guide you to a state of deep relaxation where we can delve into the root cause of the issue followed by upgrading the words and pictures to one of your design, not default, in your subconscious. This process can help you:

What To Expect

During your RTT sessions, you will be in a state of complete relaxation, similar to daydreaming or being deeply engrossed in a book. You will remain fully in control and aware of your surroundings. I will guide you through the process, tailoring the sessions to address your specific needs and goals.

  • We’ll have initial consultation to get to know each other and see whether RTT can help you to achieve your goals
  • You will recieve a pre-session relaxation tape
  • We will then meet for our first session which lasts 60-90 minutes (most people require 3 or so sessions)
  • You will receive a post-session transformational recording as well as regular check ins to track your pogress
